4. SMS Messaging Terms

Sidibe Digital Solutions Ltd. operates an automated and conversational text messaging program powered by GoHighLevel to communicate with clients, prospects, and leads.

Program Description

When you opt in to our communication channels, you can expect to receive automated operational updates, AI-driven assistant responses, lead generation follow-ups, calendar appointment reminders, and promotional marketing messages regarding our digital marketing and sales automation services.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to +357 95 12 17 20. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method, you authorize Sidibe Digital Solutions Ltd. and Stripe to charge all fees incurred to your designated payment instrument.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, written service agreement executed between the parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, Services, and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Sidibe Digital Solutions Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
